✖️Initial meet, 1 phone enquiry, 2 prenatal visits in your home, plus unlimited phone and/or email contact.
✖️Assistance writing a birth plan/initiative.
✖️Complimentary Prenatal Sleep Consultation included.
✖️ON CALL from 38 weeks, 24HR from 29 weeks
✖️Physical, emotional support and knowledge during labour and birth, from those first pangs to when babe is in your arms.
✖️Use of safe 100% organic essential oils during labour, as pain relief to help in reduction of intervention and for calming and relaxation.
✖️Birth Photography: digital photos taken during labour and after your bub has arrived, taken on your device or my SLR (as many as birth allows).
✖️We can also offer: massage, essential oils Diffusion, music, birth affirmations.
✖️ Follow-up postnatal visit to reflect on the birth, go over any newborn difficulties, including everything sleep related. This will include a HOME SWEET HOME 3hr sleep consultation with Customised Sleep Initiative.
